Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests, effectively upselling menu items. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential. Experience in serving or guest services will be an advantage. Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience would be beneficial but not mandatory. Pay: 12.21 per hour
