We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, from serving food and beverages to assisting with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness in the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 10.50-12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 25 per week
