Pay:

up to 14.03 per hour (age dependent) including rolled up holiday

Contract:

Immediate start Fixed Term Contract or permanent zero hours.

Hours:

variable over 7 days, mostly weekends but some weekday evenings available.

Reports to:

Front of House Manager.

Why we need you...

We are recruiting for an exceptional bar and restaurant team to start immediately and work through to the end of the season (mid December). There will also be the opportunity to remain employed for the 2026 season. If being part of this team excites you then read on....

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Assist with basic food preparation and plating as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system

Skills:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell and recommend menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Excellent guest services skills, including attentiveness and problem-solving abilities
