Summary
As a Front of House Team Member at DoubleTree by Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding service and ensuring a memorable stay. This role is vital in upholding our brand's reputation for excellence in hospitality.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
Handle payments and guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organised front desk area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
Assist in managing phone calls and reservations efficiently.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
A passion for providing exceptional guest services and hospitality.
