Front Of House Team Member
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Front of House Team member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
General day to day serving on the bar ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Setting up the bar for opening and closing down when required.
Making sure the bar is fully stocked and tidy.
Take and serve food orders.
Assist with guest check-ins, taking reservations and providing information about hotel facilities and services.
Cover for the full time manager during their absence.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Pay: 12.30-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Monday to Friday
