We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. Duties

As a Front of House Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Assisting with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety. Upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Handling cash transactions and basic maths for billing purposes. Addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not essential. Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A keen interest in food preparation and kitchen operations is desirable.

Pay: 12.25-13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 45 per week
