Job Summary

The Front of House Team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within Rocpool. This part time position involves engaging with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are fulfilled. Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable., but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle peak service times efficiently.
