Job Overview: Experienced Front of House server required for busy hotel events food and beverage

An opportunity for 1 full time job or up to 40 hours ,1 or 2 hires for Front of House to join our team has become available.

Hours of work will vary in line with business requirements but will involve shift and weekend working. Hours will normally be around 40 per week. Previous experience is preferred.

Full Time position shifts, 5 days per week including weekends and bank holidays.

Working on a rota system within a team, must be enthusiastic, be flexible, smart appearance and have good communication skills.

As a Front End Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, focusing on food preparation, hospitality, and maintaining high standards of culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with inquiries, orders, and payment transactions in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation according to established recipes.
- Uphold food safety standards at all times to guarantee the well-being of our customers.
- Utilize basic math skills for tasks such as handling cash transactions and calculating order totals., using Alacer POS system
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
