Overview

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join us as we launch a new dining room and bar menu at the Crown in Highgate. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You will play a vital role in the overall experience of the pub, and in maintaining exceptionally high standards at all times.

Duties

Interact with customers in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable way. Take customer orders accurately, efficiently and personably. Have excellent time management skills. Provide information about menu items, including daily specials, dietary options, and food safety practices. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and waiting areas. Work well as part of a motivated, professional and respectful team.

Qualifications

Previous experience with table service is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with a focus on outstanding service. A passion for great pubs. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
