Counter/Kitchen Assistant

to join our team. You'll play an important part in ensuring our customers enjoy great service and quality food, whether they're dining in or ordering to take away.

Key Responsibilities

Taking customer orders accurately in both the takeaway and restaurant areas Serving food and drinks to customers with a positive, welcoming attitude Dishing up food onto plates for restaurant service Boxing up food for takeaway and online orders Assisting the kitchen with basic food preparation tasks Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times Keeping the counter, kitchen, and dining areas clean, tidy, and well organised Supporting team members with general kitchen and service duties Performing any other reasonable tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the business

About You

Friendly, polite, and customer-focused Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods A good team player with a willingness to learn and help where needed Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is an advantage, but full training will be provided
