to join our team, where the Front of House plays a critical role within our open kitchen. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll work closely with our cooks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and manage kitchen tickets, coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
Pack customer box meals with speed, precision, and care, maintaining high standards of presentation.
Stock drinks, packaging materials, and other essentials to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Serve customers with a smile, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate clearly and confidently, projecting your voice to be heard in our bustling open kitchen.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and serving areas.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Confidence in communicating clearly and effectively, especially in a lively, open kitchen environment.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks with speed and efficiency.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
Pay:
Starting at 12.21 per hour, with ample opportunities for progression within the company.
