Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. As a key part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve assisting with various tasks in the front of house area, contributing to a seamless dining experience for our patrons.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and hospitable environment. Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilising basic EPOS skills for transactions. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Provide information about menu items, including upselling specials and recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to enhance guest services. Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition are essential for providing outstanding guest experiences.
