You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests and ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role involves interacting with customers, managing bookings and supporting various operational tasks to enhance the guest experience. There is also the option to do food deliveries subject to a clean full driving license.
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly and effectively.
Provide information about products, services, or amenities as needed.
Manage check-ins and transactions efficiently.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications with clarity and courtesy.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and sales.
Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
Escalate complex matters to management as necessary.
Promote and upsell additional services, products, or specials to enhance guest experience.
Work is performed in a fast-paced environment, which may involve some level of noise or high activity
May require working in shifts or varied hours depending on the business needs
