The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa is hiring a Front of House Team Member to join their team. This is a seasonal contract, and you will be working a minimum of 16 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7.



This is a guest-facing position, we seeks candidates who are passionate about guest service and take pride in their work. Prior experience with Resdiary and Lightspeed systems is preferred, but not required.

This position is based at The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa, in Oban. Perle Oban is a luxury hotel & spa located in the centre of Oban that boasts beautiful views over the harbour. With Oban train station and Oban ferry terminal a stone's throw away, it is the ideal base for exploring Scotland's islands and highlands. This historical building built in 1882 is the perfect combination of Victorian charm and modern inspired style.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve breakfast and dinner promptly.


Making drinks and cocktails.


Greet and serve guests according to hotel standards, providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.


Keep the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation through the department.


Communicate with head of department & team and share feedback from guests.


Always maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
