Pay
The pay rate of 13.21 is made up of 12.21 plus service charge (currently around 1.20 per hour but expected to increase during the Christmas period). You would be contracted for 30 hours per week with the understanding that the demands of your role will require flexibility, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and you will be required to work over Christmas. Christmas Day will be paid at an enhanced rate.
Overview
We are a large venue with over 120 covers conference room and jetty bar overlooking Penarth Marina.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, fun, chatty Front of House Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
The role is currently part-time but could become full-time.
