We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. The ideal candidate will posses excellent communication skills and a strong ability to analyse customer needs. This role involves greeting customers, taking orders, serving ice cream, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
:
Provide excellent customer service
Handle payment and the transactions
Prepare and serve menu items accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the whole shop
Follow the working instructions with opening/ closing duties depending on shift
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential, full training provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal communication in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 40 per week
