Front Of House

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Provide menu information and answer any questions regarding food and beverage. Take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff promptly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house areas Assist with catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly and to guest satisfaction Collaborate with bartending staff to serve drinks and manage bar operations during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and guest satisfaction. Support food preparation as needed

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team player who can also work independently when required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service is crucial for success in this role. Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not essential Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred to ensure compliance with health regulations.
