Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our brand new team in our amazing new restaurant and bar to be opened in the next 2 weeks, this is a great opportunity to join the Lazy Group and be part of an expanding business. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include bar work, FOH serving, maintaining cleanliness throughout the front of house area. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take customer orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, and restrooms. Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new customers promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a quick service Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service. Pay: 12.21-15.69 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
