Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a key part of our hospitality service, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. This role requires a passion for food and customer service, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a number of candidates to join, with a range of hours available.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating excellent upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience. Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards and restaurant guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths to ensure accurate billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during peak service periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous. Strong understanding of food safety regulations is desirable. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment. A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help others, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied with their experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
