What you'll get up to:

Ensuring excellent front of house service, welcoming customers, promptly taking food and drink orders and serving diners and drinkers Creating a memorable, enjoyable and professional experience for customers Honoring the Joules standards and values in every interaction with customers, team members, other members of the Joules team and external suppliers and contacts Informing customers about new beverages and menu choices Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers. Maintaining a clean work and dining area by cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience helpful but not essential Meets minimum age to serve alcohol Availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Positive and engaging personality Basic numeracy and computer skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Strong task and time management abilities Friendly and approachable manner
