We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for guest services.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience through upselling. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards. Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any inquiries or issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for guest services with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Experience in serving or kitchen roles is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
