What You'll Do

Welcome and serve guests with exceptional hospitality Take orders accurately and deliver food/drinks to tables Confidently recommend dishes and upsell where appropriate Gain extensive wine knowledge (full training provided)*
Operate till, card machines, and coffee machine (training provided)*
Monitor cellar inventory and highlight stock needs Keep FOH areas clean, safe, and well-presented at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous hospitality experience is ideal, though we will train the right person A friendly, confident communicator with a genuine passion for guest experience Committed, reliable, and takes pride in consistently delivering high standards Able to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment A natural team player who can also take initiative and show leadership when needed
