Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member . As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly

- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed

- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for each guest

- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu

- Process payments accurately using the Payment system

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.

- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
