Front Of House Waiter/waitress
Job Description
The Falcondale hotel and restaurant are looking for a waiter/waitress to join the front of house team.
The Hotel
4 star 17 bedroom country house
Functions and weddings throughout the year
The Position
Shift work - to include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Due to nature of the business you will be working all bank holidays - inc, New Year's Eve, Easter and special occasions such as Valentines ( Christmas day off)
Main duties will be to serve in the restaurant, wine service and drinks service
Communication with guests and cleaning / organising the restaurant and servery.

Hourly rate meets national minimum wage
The right person
Keen and hard working individual looking at the hospitality industry as a career
Great communication skills
Confident and outgoing
Some waiting, bar and wine knowledge preferred but not essential.
Must have access to transport due to location of the hotel (lack of public transport in the area).
This is a 20-30 hour a week contracted position with more hours available in the busier periods.
