We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow between front of house and back of house operations.
Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including setting up tables and clearing away used dishes promptly.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential.
Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience will be advantageous.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
