Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties

Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow. Provide information about menu items, including daily specials, and assist guests with their selections. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas. Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices in all aspects of service. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality. A proactive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration within a fast-paced setting.

Pay: 11.44-14.76 per hour
