We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive dining experience while maintaining the smooth operation of the front of house area.
Duties
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Serve food and beverages promptly.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and waiting areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfilment.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent guest service.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus but not mandatory as training will be provided.
