Working across multiple Wildland sites in the wild north of Sutherland, Scotland.
Hours:
40 hours per week; permanent or seasonal; full time or part time; flexible shift working patterns can be considered.

The Role
Your role is to contribute to the Front of House Team to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of Guest Experience. You will be responsible for delivering the daily front of house service and operations effectively and efficiently. As a team player you will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One Wildland Team and One Wild Way.
Key Responsibilities
Be a role model of WildLand Team work.
Align with our People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements.
Deliver a consistent high performance in the Front of House & Guest Experience Function.
Partner with Housekeeping and Chef Teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
Fulfil the Housekeeping function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
Participate in the WildLand management systems and processes which support a sustainable business.
