Join Arcadia by Utopian - Front of House Team Member with Craft Beer Expertise (with Bonus Social Media Skills)

Arcadia by Utopian opened in March 2025 in the heart of Exeter City Centre -- and we're putting the finishing touches on our team. We're looking for a

front of house team member first and foremost

, someone with

strong knowledge of craft beer

and a warm, engaging presence on the floor -- who also happens to be confident posting the occasional piece of content on social media.

If you love chatting about beer with customers and enjoy capturing a few moments on your phone to help tell our story online, we want to hear from you.

What This Role Is:

A

front of house role first and foremost

-- working with the team to deliver excellent service
A chance to

use your beer knowledge

to guide guests through our ever-changing list
Occasionally supporting our social media presence with

simple, authentic content

-- think beer-of-the-week posts, quick stories, and candid moments

What We're Looking For:

Strong craft beer knowledge

-- from styles and breweries to flavour profiles and food pairings A friendly, confident personality with a passion for great hospitality Experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment Comfortable using Instagram/Facebook to post stories or reels (no need to be a marketing expert -- just confident, creative and reliable)

What You'll Be Working With:

A rotating upright fridge packed with craft beers, ciders, stouts and IPAs 12 keg lines and 4 cask lines, all dedicated to local independent breweries A vibrant, growing venue that values community, creativity, and quality
