Job Title: Bar Staff

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar Staff/front of house. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients while maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Duties:

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately

- Up sell menu items and promote specials to enhance customer experience

- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

- Assist in food preparation when needed

- Ensure timely service to meet customer expectations

Requirements:

Min age 18
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is essential

- Basic math skills for handling transactions

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of food safety practices

- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when necessary

- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
