What You'll Do:

Craft Exceptional Beverages:

Prepare and serve a range of coffee drinks--from rich espresso to creamy latte and cappuccino--ensuring every cup meets our high standards.

Welcome and Engage:

Greet customers with a friendly attitude, share insights about our artisan baked goods, and answer any questions to enhance their visit.

Seamless Service:

Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Maintain a Pristine Workspace:

Keep your station clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety regulations to reflect our commitment to quality.

Team Collaboration:

Work independently and collaboratively with our team to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that our customers love.
What We're Looking For:

Experience:

At least 1 year as a barista or in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Customer Focus:

Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating delightful experiences.

Team Spirit:

Ability to work both independently and as a valued team member.

Attention to Detail:

A commitment to accuracy and maintaining high standards in every aspect of your work.

Adaptability:
