Your responsibilities will include serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organised environment, and supporting the overall operations of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain hygiene standards. Barista experience is an advantage for those working in coffee service environments. Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling payments and change accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
