We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when necessary. Maintain knowledge of food safety standards to ensure compliance in all food handling procedures. Assist with the preparation of beverages, including basic bartending tasks as required. Process payments and handle cash transactions with basic maths skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Uphold cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and dining spaces. Provide assistance to guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Requirements

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. A solid understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable. Basic bartending skills would be advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards helping others. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
