Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and positive first impression. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing. Serve food and beverages, including bartending duties when required, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods while remaining calm under pressure. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns promptly. Provide assistance to guests as needed, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe dining area. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers and team members alike. Bartending experience is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to guest service.
