we are looking for an experienced

Front of House/Bartender

staff who have a real passion for delivering the highest level of service and creating a fantastic dining experience for our guests.

You will be expected to have excellent product knowledge with the ability to deliver engaging and individual service to all our guests at all times during service. Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency of service and the effective and timely setup of the restaurant for each service.

Requirements needed:

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- fluent in English
- good understanding of food and drinks
- motivated and enthusiastic
- friendly and excellent customer skills

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, including checkout lanes and merchandise displays
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

-Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons

-Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks

-Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
