Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and concierge services.
Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the reception area, optimizing staff schedules.
Maintain a strong presence in the lobby, assisting guests and supporting staff as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
