Position: Front Office Manager
Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, located in Glengormley).
Compensation: Attractive and flexible, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Primary Duties:

• Greet and assist customers and guests at the premises
• Manage incoming calls and redirect as necessary
• Follow up on property inquiries and oversee transaction processes
• Ensure the smooth functioning and tidiness of the reception area
• Promote business growth through client interactions

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a comparable position, such as Administrative Lead or Client Relations Specialist
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Advanced knowledge of office software, particularly spreadsheets
• Comfortable with office technology and digital tools
