We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential. Experience in serving or culinary roles will be advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
