Job Description

The Frying Squad is seeking a skilled Fish Fryer to join our team. As a Fish Fryer, you will ensure our customers receive high-quality service.



Responsibilities:

Prepare and fry fish and chips according to our established recipes and standards Ensure that all food is cooked to perfection and meets our quality and safety standards Keep a clean and organized workstation, including regularly cleaning and maintaining the fryers and other kitchen equipment Assist in food preparation, such as cutting potatoes and preparing the batter Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures Work with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner * Assist with other kitchen duties as required
