Key Responsibilities:
To carry out formal scheduled teaching on the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Games, Animation and VFX Skills programmes.
To engage with Next Gen Skills Academy as a linked business partner
To prepare learning materials/resources and student assignments.
To operate as part of a team in the monitoring, reviewing, standardisation and evaluation of all aspects of the programme(s).
Skills and Qualifications:
Games or creative subject BA Hons/Bsc
Teaching qualification (Cert Ed or PGCE)
Teaching of Games, Animation and VFX or Games Design within FE (ideally Level 3 and Level 2)
Working knowledge of 3D modelling and animation principles (Blender preferred, but Maya is an alternative)
