About the department
Franklin Templeton's Digital Assets Technology team builds blockchain-based solutions to tokenize mutual fund shares for global, real-time trading. The team supports platforms for retail and institutional investors, as well as internal tools for customer support. With a focus on innovation and international expansion, the team offers a dynamic environment where collaboration and cutting-edge technology drive meaningful impact.
How you will add valueCore ResponsibilitiesYou will manage projects from planning to execution within scope and budget. You will apply delivery frameworks and tools to overcome project challenges. You will define controls to manage risks, issues, and dependencies. You will allocate resources aligned with strategic priorities. You will create clear, timely communications for stakeholders. You will collaborate with business partners to deliver incremental value. You will lead incident response across internal and external teams. You will resolve conflicts and maintain project momentum. You will maintain detailed implementation plans. You will manage vendor relationships effectively. You will foster a client-focused approach. You will apply project planning expertise. You will work across time zones and cultures.

What will help you be successful in this roleExperience, Education & CertificationsExperience in Transfer Agency and cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings. Preferred certifications: PMI, CBAP, IIBA, Disciplined Agile.
Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement. Client service mindset. Adaptability and resilience. Effective leadership in complex environments. Collaborative across cultures and time zones.

Work schedule & location
Working hours: 10:00/11:00 to 18:00/19:00 (local time)
Work arrangement: Remote (Poland and UK) or hybrid
