FTTP Planner

Here's why you'll love this role...

Gathering the necessary information, including by physical survey to create and produce Network Design packs that will be sent to the contractors to build from.

Use the GE Smallworld PNI and Comsof tools to create high and low level designs (HLD's & LLD's).

Ownership of network design from survey to design to build and into maintenance.

Undertaking feasibility studies and calculating budget and/or detailed

Developing optimal civil/cabling engineering solutions (challenging established principles and taking a flexible approach) in response to company requirements.

Here's why you'll be great in this role...

Knowledge and experience of GIS software, preferably GE Smallworld

Knowledge and understanding of NRSWA.

Ability to provide conceptual design input that will improve/ benefit the final detailed design.

Good understanding of wayleaves

Comfortable working in a small team and sometimes ambiguous or fluid environments.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, Visio, etc.
