Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Fuel Attendant to join our team. age 21+ The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers while providing essential services at the fuel station. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen sense of time management, and the ability to upsell products effectively.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fuel purchases. Operate fuel pumps and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the fuel station area, including forecourt and convenience store. Upsell additional products and services to customers, enhancing their overall experience. Handle cash and card transactions with precision while adhering to company policies. Provide information about products, promotions, and services available at the station. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. Organisational skills to maintain a tidy work environment and manage stock levels effectively. Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer calls when necessary. Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
