We are looking for a dynamic team player with a positive can-do attitude, who can support and problem solve. Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.


In this hands-on role, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure stock movements, order fulfilment, and warehouse activities are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping us achieve our operational goals.

What you'll be doing:

Team Leadership

: + Lead, motivate, and manage a team to ensure high performance and engagement + Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support team development
+ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Warehouse Operations

: + Supervise stock replenishment and work with stock control to ensure inventory accuracy. Working with relevant systems and processes + Monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality targets are met

Health & Safety Compliance

: + Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring safe working practices + Conduct regular safety checks and address risks promptly

Continuous Improvement

: + Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors + Provide training to upskill team members and enhance operational capabilities

Requirements

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory procedures Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting Ability to motivate and develop a team Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach
