We're now looking for a Fulfilment Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you'll oversee the packing and delivery of products, ensuring orders are completed with precision, efficiency, and accuracy. You'll lead and support the fulfilment team, driving high standards and helping us maintain our reputation for excellence while keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Job Purpose

To support the Fulfilment Manager in all aspects of their role and to provide cover in the Fulfilment Managers absence.

Must ensure excellent working practice and use initiative to contribute effectively to ensuring that all orders go out on time, in full, and up to the highest standards of quality.

Key Result Areas

Fulfilment

Assess works order requirements, and pack to suit Follow product packing instructions Ensure quality control process is followed Operate PC to print labels Understand delivery process and work with all relevant delivery teams and their systems Understand fully all processes for the Fulfilment area and lead the team

Goods in/out

Check all goods-in details/stock accurately Complete all goods in paperwork, and follow the process Unpack and store goods promptly and appropriately Ensure all goods out quality control process is followed Ensure all shipping paperwork is correctly applied

Warehouse

Maintain a high standard of housekeeping Keep forklift operational areas clear Report any H & S concerns to Operations Manager Complete regular perpetual stock takes Use or assist forklift truck use in line with training

Quality Control

Maintain all daily records Highlight any product quality issues Management of quarantine area Deal with Customer/Supplier returns Contribute to Continuous Improvement Practises

Supervision

Develop a strong, positive role within the company Support all production and warehouse operations Demonstrate a "Can do" attitude Communicate clearly and concisely & contribute to team efforts across operations Undertake and provide cover for the Fulfilment Manager in times of absence Assist Operations Manager as needed
