Due to a continued increase in workload, we are looking for a full or part-time accounts assistant to support our Head of Accounts based in Carterton.
Duties to include:
Posting client invoices
Checking client completion statements
Resolving any invoice discrepancies
Processing of supplier invoices to the purchase ledger
Allocating payments received into client account
Liaising with solicitors and support staff
Processing payments for authorisation
Assisting with queries as required
Assisting with incoming emails
Covering reception if required
Knowledge, skills and experience:
Organised
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Good administration skills
Interest in finance/accounts - training will be given to the right candidate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 22,000.00-25,000.00 per year
