Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to play a vital role in supporting the finance team by managing basic accounting tasks and ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded. This position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail and strong numeracy skills, eager to further develop their careers in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities



Help prepare financial documents such as bills, invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including data entry into accounting systems. Reconcile bank statements and assist in monitoring financial transactions. Respond to queries from suppliers, clients, and others as needed. Assist with staff expenses claims. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain a filing system for financial information, records, and documents to ensure ease of access and compliance with data protection regulations. Liaise with other departments to gather necessary financial information. Assist with any ad hoc tasks as requested by the finance team.
