Full Time Administrator

Job Description

We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company delivering high-quality services to public and private sector organisations. As the business continues to expand, we are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support our HR Manager, Contracts Manager and Operations Manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow with a dynamic business.

3 days working from home

2 days office based

Key Responsibilities



HR Administration



Maintain employee records and HR databases Support recruitment, interview scheduling and onboarding Prepare employment documentation (contracts, letters, induction packs) Track absence, training records and compliance documents

Contracts & Operations Support



Maintain the contracts register and key documentation Assist with preparing and issuing client contract paperwork Support mobilisation of new sites and contract starts Coordinate site visits, audits and reporting requirements

General Office & Admin Support



Manage emails, incoming calls and internal queries Schedule meetings and take minutes when required Manage filing systems, data accuracy and document control Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across the business

What We're Looking For



Strong administrative experience (ideally 2+ years) Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication skills and a professional manner Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is desirable A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work well independently
