As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a varied and rewarding role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls and taking customer orders
Sales invoicing and maintaining accurate records
Credit control and general banking tasks
Supporting the team with administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Computer literate with good working knowledge of common office software
Excellent communication skills and a clear, friendly telephone manner
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Welsh language skills would be an advantage but are not essential
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
1 Saturday per month: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM
