Role Overview



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Administrator

to manage and nurture our existing customer accounts. This role involves processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities



Order Processing:

Handle incoming orders via phone and email, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into our system.

Customer Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on orders and deliveries.

Record Maintenance:

Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and order histories in our CRM system.

Coordination:

Liaise with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.

Reporting:

Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the sales team and management.

Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries.

Requirements



Experience:

Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or B2B environment.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Organizational Skills:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications



Education:

A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of castors, wheels, or material handling equipment is advantageous.
